The Benefit

Back in February, I was diagnosed with a blood clot in my brain,

that turned into menegitis. I am very lucky to be here today.

There are many, many others that contract this infection and

are not so fortunate. 

We are also lucky to know that we have and AMAZING

suport system of awesome friends and family!

Friend and family that are willing to put forth the time, effort,

skills, money, thoughts and prayers to make our lives a

little easier.

This weekend was the bowling benefit.

Cameron had the honor of pulling the winning numbers for the

50/50 raffle! He even gots some tips from the winners!

Keira was in charge of looking adorable in front of

the prizes!

Mike did a great job thanking everyone! It was

a very emotional day seeing everyone there to support us.

We know our family if truly loved.

After the bowling tournament, Cameron got to

throw a few balls down the lane.  He loves to bowl!

Cameron even got to pull the ticket for the grand prize!

A 55" TV!

Congrats to Doug Wampole!  I wonder how much you

had to bribe Cameron to pull your ticket :)

7 Months!

Miss Keira is 7 Months old today!

It's amazing how fast she is growing up.

She is pretty good at sitting up by herself, she is not

gentle with her toys and bangs them on everything,

and is a smiling machine!

Cameron asked me why I was taking Keira's picture.

 After I told him that Keira was 7 months old today, he

needed to give her kisses!

Cuddles

Cameron wanted to cuddle with Keira while we read

books before nap. He really loves her!

Aren't they sweet together?

They were giggling at each other, and giving cuddles!

Until...

Keira took him down with the hair pull!

Cameron might think twice next time he asks to cuddle!

I'm a Zebra!

While we were having breakfast this morning, the

sun was coming through the blinds on to Cameron.

Cameron said "I look like a Zebra! Take a picture, Mom!"

He is so clever sometimes!

Cameron's New "Chair"

Cameron has a new chair he enjoys!

That is until his sister has to go somewhere!

Or gettin them to look...

Is not easy!

Sleepy Girl

Last week, Mike and I were talking about how our

kids have never fallen asleep anywhere funny, or

cute. I put Keira in her jump a roo, and went to make

lunch. I noticed the sounds had stopped in the living

room, went out to check on her and she was out!

She only slept for about 10 minutes, and boy was

she mad when she woke up!

Keira calmed down quickly and went right

back to jumping.

First Tooth

Someone has a shiny new tooth!

It's Keira! We noticed yesterday that

there was a little tooth sticking out. Her

bottom right tooth is out and looking good!

I couldn't get a good shot of wiggly girl's new tooth,

but doesn't she look cute in her new swimming suit? :)

Mickey Mouse Treats

Representitives from Disneyland came into work to

with treats right from California!

As good as it looked, I decided Cameron would

love it more!

I brought it home, and told him it was from Mickey's house 

all the way in California! After I blew his mind with the fact that

Mickey had TWO "houses", he wanted his treat!

He was so excited.  He was convinced Mickey made it just

with him in mind.  So cute! 

Easter in Madison

After breakfast, we went to Madison to celebrate Easter.

Cameron wanted the Bunny to bring him dental floss.

Dental Floss!  He is probably the only kid that likes

to floss his teeth!

Frankie brought over her "jumpy"! Cameron and

the cousins were in heaven!

called in Daddy to help him reach the high ones!

Easter Breakfast

We went to Grandma and Grandpa J's house for

some breakfast. Guess what! The Easter Bunny

dropped off some eggs in their backyard!

Cameron was a big helper, and found some eggs

for Keira!

Easter Morning!

Cameron was so excited for Easter Morning!

He was yelling "Happy Easter" from his bed when

he woke up!

He loved hunting for eggs and looking through

his basket.

In normal Cameron fashion, he wanted everything

open all at the same time!

Keira was excited too for her basket.  Next year

she will be hunting for eggs, too!

The one day a year when its OK to

eat candy before breakfast!

MmmMMmm!

Easter Eggs

Cameron wanted to do a "project" last night

and jumped at the chance to color eggs!

He made one for everyone in the family and picked out

special colors.

He is so proud!

Keira was too little to help this year, but loved

the work her brother did!
