Happy Birthday, Frankie!

Our cousin, Frankie, turned 3 this weekend!

We went over to her house Sunday afternoon to

celebrate!

Watch out! Cameron is at the wheel!

We let Keira into the bouce house when things

were slowing down inside from the older kids!

She LOVED it!

It was also a nice "play pen" to keep her

contained for a little bit. She doesn't sit still!

WaunaFest Parade

On Sunday morning, we decided last minute to

go to the WaunaFest Parade in Waunakee!

We heard it was a good parade!

I thought Cameron's little arms were going

to fall off from waiving at everyone!

Hi! Hi! Hi!

The parade was during Keira's normal nap time.

She fought so hard and won the sleep battle!

She stayed up the whole time!

Cameron's First Pitch

The Madison Mallards were so generous in

donating to my benefit.  The first pitch

was given to us as part of the donation.

Cameron was so excited waiting for the game to

start.  We practiced throwing all week

in preparation for this moment!

Keira loved the game, the people, and

St Dennis Festival

Saturday morning we headed over to the

St. Dennis Festival!

It's always a good time to get out and try your hand

at some games! Jody was the only winner in

the Pop Toss.  She won THREE times!

Cameron was proud of his Cake Walk winning.

Daddy showed him how to aim the crossbow...

And Jody showed him how to aim the putter!

10 Months!

Keira is 10 months old already!

She is getting way too big, way too fast!

She is becoming quite the hot head!

Dont mess with her temper!

Look who started pulling herself up!

She pulled herself up a handful of times

tonight!

They love each other so much!

Big Girl Dinner!

Keira is losing interest in baby and pureed food at an

alarming rate.  She gets MAD if there is a plate

of food, and she didn't get her share!

Mmmm... Tuna Casserole!

We even used little noodles so Keira would

have a chance to dig in!

After 3 bowls, she was done!

What a piggy!

Fun Family Day!

We were all off, and had a free day today!

We decided to go to the Milwaukee Public Museum

for the morning.

Cameron called it the "Grown Up" Museum, becuase

unlike the children's museum, you can't touch everything!

Even though he couldn't touch, he loved to look!

He liked the animals!

He got really excited about some shells!

Why? We're not sure!

He really enjoyed the little candy shop in

the Old World part! Daddy let him pick out

a treat!

Keira had fun, too!

While we were finishing up at the musuem, we were

talking about what we could do the rest of the day.

We headed down to the Racine Zoo for a little bit,

it was such a nice afternoon!

Keira LOVES being outside!

Cameron loved the train!

When we left the zoo, Cameron crashed!

Both kids went down to sleep without a problem

after a full day of fun!

Pretty Eyes

I left Cameron alone a few minutes with some markers

and a coloring book... and came back to "pretty eyes"

He wanted to color his eyes and make the pretty, like

Auntie Jody.  It totally looked like he got in a bar fight!

Goodbye, Trailer!

We had to say we had say goodbye to

the trailer last weekend!

After 13 summers, Grandma and Grandpa

decided it was time to get a new one!

We are sad to see it go, but excited for the new one

that is going to be picked up on Saturday!!

It was soooo Hot this year!

We went outside to play

a little bit, but it was crazy hot

we had to go inside!

We decided it was WAY to hot to take the kids

out to see fireworks. Daddy did a few in the backyard!

Cameron has been asking for awhile if we could get

the pool out and swim....

He noticed right away when he woke up that it

was filled in the yard! He was using

all his patience on waiting until it was a little

warmer.

Keira didnt go it, but had a blast

splashing around on the side.

Our first trip to Miller Park this year was

successful! It was hot, but fun!

It went better than expected!

The kids loved it!

The game had FOUR homeruns, with fireworks!

Cameron has a love/hate relationship with

fireworks. He loves to talk about them, and loves

the idea of them, but when they start, he covers

his ears and wants to cuddle.

Overall, we had a great time!
