Happy New Year!

Hello 2014!

We brought in the New Year at the Big Backyard

Indoor Playground!

 

 

It was such a fun party for the kids last year,

we came back! After some dinner and play time,

we rung in the new year at 7:30 on the dot!

 

Run, Run, Run!

 

Cameron plays so well with his sister, he

took some time out to play "house".

More Christmas Celebrations!

Grandma Kimmy, Grandpa Bo and

Auntie Jody came to town to celebrate

a little Christmas with us!

Christmas Day is so busy and overwhelming

for the kiddos, we usually hold off

a little for the presents!

Auntie Jody rolled out with some bikes!

 

Cameron was SO EXCITED to have a

real big boy bike! The were able to ride them

a little in our tiny house, but Cameron can't wait

until spring!

 

A present opening session would not be complete

without Grandpa Bo's famous prime rib roast!

Snow Fun!

Cameron wanted to try out some of his fun snow toys he

got for his birthday! It was a nice afternoon

for going outside!

 

 

Keira loved it!

 

So did Cameron!

It took some convincing to get them to come back

inside!

 

Cameron and Daddy worked on building a

volcano! Ooohh.

 

We played until it was dark.

Cameron and Keira knocking over the

volcano one more time. :)

Christmas Night!

We went over to Grandma Kimmy and Grandpa

Bo's House to celebrate!

 

 

Keira picked her spot with Grandma and Grandpa!

 

Kids being patient... its a tough thing!

 

When its finally time to dig in, waiting youngest

to oldest...

 

is hard when the youngest takes her

sweet time! So Keira!

Christmas at Great Grandmas!

On our way into Madison, we stopped at Great

Grandma's apartment for lunch!

 

 

She was excited to get and updated picture of her

great grandchildren!

Santa's Coming to Our House!

Prepping for the big night!

The best part of Christmas morning is watching

the kiddo's open exactly what they wanted.... and

being so excited and appreciative.

We celebrated Christmas Eve at Grandma

and Grandpa J's house!

Happy Birthday, Cameron!

Cameron had his "real" birthday this week!

I can't believe that he is FIVE!

 

 

Cameron helped me make his cake for after dinner.

He was the sprinkle machine.

 

He has been looking forward to using his

special "5" candle from Aunt Katie!

He has been looking at it in our refrigerator for

weeks and could finally open it!

 

After dinner, there was a few presents

to be opened.

 

 

 

 

Finally able to sink his teeth into that

candle!

Santa at Work

Ever year Santa comes to my work for the kids

of Mark Travel! Its always fun to take them

to see Santa, and show them to all my co-workers.

 

 

Coloring a little before our turn..

 

Keira is getting a little braver this year.  She still

won't sit on his lap, but she will stand near him and

tell him what she wants for Christmas!

 

School Birthday Treats!

Ever since the first "Birthday Treat" in his class

(which was the second day of school..)

Cameron has been talking about the treat his wants

to bring in for the class!

 

After several changes, he decided on dessert "sushi"

 





 

Four kids in his class have

Birthdays over winter break! Crazy!

His teacher assigned days so there was not

treat overload on the last day before break,

and to make everyone's day a little more

special!

 

Cameron's day was Monday the 16th!

He was so happy to be king of the class :)

This weekend we celebrated Cameron's birthday party

at the Family Tree Haus!

 

 

Cameron wanted robots...

They made good party favors! :)

The Family Tree Haus is one of Cameron's

favorite places to go. He love the indoor play

ground, and it was a great place for a party!

Cameron was looking forward to this part of

the day! He says we can visit his hand every time

Carnival of Lights!

Both kiddos LOVE Christmas lights. They get

over the top excited!

 

Since it was in a park, Cameron got to take the front

seat.  He thought he was tough stuff!

 



 

Ooohh. Pretty!

 

At the end of the lights, there was a surprise guest!

Santa!

Cameron chatted his ear off, Keira stood back and

yelled her wishes from a distance...

Then the candy canes came out! Look who all of a sudden

is interested in Santa! :)
